Year 6
Dear Year 6,
It has been great to see so many of you back in school. We have arranged for you all to come into school for the last 2 days of term. Can you please ask your parents to complete the form, here - if they haven't already done so, to let us know that you are coming so that we can plan for number.
Don't forget you can send us any work that you want us to see to our email address, year6@whitegroveprimary.co.uk. It has been great to see the work that you have completed and have the opportunity to give some feedback.
We have included the work that was completed in school last week as well as some new online learning.
Take care and stay safe.

Transition to Secondary School
We have been in contact with your secondary schools to make sure that they have all of the information that they need to help you settle into Secondary school in September. We know that a lot of the schools have set up special sections on their websites to help you become familiar with the staff and the routines of your new schools and hope you have had a chance to look through these and complete some of the activities they have published. We have been sent a couple of documents that we thought might be useful for you as well, links are below. It can be a worrying time moving to a new school but there are lots of people around to help you and remember you can always email us if you need any help, year6@whitegroveprimary.co.uk, and we are looking forward to getting you back into school as soon as possible.

Oracy is a really important part of our school curriculum so we thought it might be nice to give you some ideas to discuss with your family. Each week we will give an idea on the "All year groups" page, here. Take a look, have a discussion and then why not share your thoughts via Twitter, @WhitegrovePS, or on Facebook.
Online safety at home
